In order to solve the actual problems in traditional rebar processing, it is necessary to strengthen the automation level of rebar processing, improve production efficiency, and realize scientific production and management, so as to reduce resource cost consumption and maximize economic benefits. TJK MACHINERY (TIANJIN) CO.,LTD develops and produces automated machinery, with the purpose of innovation, to improve the efficiency of machinery. The rebar cage welding machine is an important rebar processing equipment, and its work flow is as follows:

1. Main rebar feeding

Pre-cut the main rebar, butt weld or connect the sleeve to the required length of the drawing, and then hang it on the main rebar storage rack of the rebar cage welding machine for backup (the rebar cage can be wound with single winding and double winding. If your rebar cage is a double-wound rebar, you need to ask the manufacturer to prepare two pay-off frame and a double straightening mechanism).

2. Passing through and fixing

Pass the main rebar on the distribution plate through the fixed plate conduit and then penetrate into the moving plate conduit, and use an electric wrench to tighten the fastening screws.

3. Initial welding

The fixed plate and the moving plate rotate synchronously, and the moving plate moves forward at the same time, so that the coil is automatically wound on the main rebar and welded at the same time to form a rebar cage product. (Under normal circumstances, only one worker can spot welding. You can also ask the manufacturer to install automatic welding robot to realize automatic welding).

4. Normal welding

Start the rebar cage welding machine to start normal welding. Every time a reinforcement ring is added to the designated position, the normal welding will continue. The hydraulic support is raised to a certain length of the cage to support the rebar cage.

5. Cut the rebar

After welding the rebar cage to its entire section, stop welding and cut off the winding rebar, and continue to operate the equipment to make the tail of the rebar cage separate from the fixed plate conduit.

6. Separate the moving plate

Loosen the fastening screws of the moving plate, and move the moving plate forward to make the conduit of the moving plate separate from the rebar cage.

7. Unload the cage

Unload the finished rebar cage with aerial crane, and prepare the next rebar cage after resetting the moving plate.
