Access data/ Server log files
The provider (or their web host) collects data every time the Website is accessed (so-called server log files). The access data includes: name of the website viewed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider will only use log data for statistical analysis for the purpose of the operation, safety and optimization of the Website. The provider retains the right, however, to conduct later review of the log data if firm indications lead to reasonable suspicion of unlawful use.
Handling of personal data
Personal data is information that helps to identify a person, i.e. data that can be traced back to a person. This includes their name, e-mail address or telephone number. However, data on preferences, hobbies, memberships or a person's website search history also count as personal data.
Personal data will only be collected, used and passed on by the provider if permitted by law or upon the user’s consent to data collection.
When contacting the provider (for example, via contact form or e-mail) the user's contact details will be stored for the purposes of processing the request or in case of any follow-up questions.
