Test Process of Wire Repeated Bending Test Machine
When the wire bending machine is used for testing, the clamp jaws with the corresponding circular radius of the arc should first be selected, then the location hole is aligned with the locating pin on the support seat and install it. Then choose the lever which has the appropriate aperture to be installed in the rectangular groove of the bending arm and then fastens it with a nut. A metal wire bending machine with a wire diameter of > 2.0-3.0 mm is installed at the lower end of the lower square groove; A lever with a wire diameter of > 3.0-4.0 mm is installed at the upper end of the lower square groove; A lever with a wire diameter of > 4.0-6.0 mm is installed at the lower end of the upper rectangular groove; A lever with a wire diameter of > 6.0-8.0 mm is installed at the upper end of the upper square groove. This does not require any measurement and adjustment. The distance from the top of the curved arc to the bottom of the dial rod meets the requirements of the GB238-84 test method. The bending times are counted automatically by the counter. After the test, the zeroing handle on the left side of the counter is rotated counterclockwise, so that the number can return to "00000", and it can be counted again at the next test.
Test Method:
Let a certain diameter sample pass through the guide sleeve and be clamped in two jaws with specified sizes. And then press the button and the sample is bent about 90 degrees. After the sample breaks, it stops automatically and records the bending times.
