Reinforcing cage welder uses 100t crane platform to hoisting. Because the size and weight of the cage are quite large, the deformation of hoisting and shifting must be taken into account when making the cage. In order to protect the steel cage from deformation, two-point hoisting should be adopted. The first lifting point is located in the lower part of the skeleton, and the second lifting point is located between the midpoint of the skeleton length and the upper third point. When lifting, the first lifting point is raised first to lift up the skeleton, and then the second lifting point is hoisted at the same time. With the second lifting point is raising, the first lifting point is gradually relaxed until the skeleton is perpendicular to the platform, and the first lifting point is then released.
When hoisting the reinforcing cage into the hole, it should be aligned at the hole, put into the hole slowly. After the reinforcing cage enters the hole, it should be carried down slowly. In case of the resistance, it should stop devolving, identify the cause and deal with it before continuing. It is strictly prohibited to rise and fall, bump and force down.
When the reinforcing cage in the upper section is lowered to the top of the platform, which is about 1.5 m above the top of the platform, use 4 20t gourd to fix the reinforcement on the frame, then hang the next section of reinforcement to the top of the hole, so that main reinforcement of the upper and the lower two reinforcing cages align, and ensure that the upper and lower axes are consistent (fine-tuned with the gourd), at the same time, use the alignment of the upper and lower sections of the reinforcing, weld the sound measuring pipe and make straight line connection, after all the joints are connected, wind the screw bars, hoist up the reinforcing cage, take off the 4 hand pull gourds, then descend into the hole slowly and uniformly, at the same time shun upper protective layer block of the reinforcement.
Spreading of acoustic tube adopts thread connection mode, the spreading of the pipe should be kept water free, at the same time, the pipe end of the acoustic tube should be covered with 6m thick plate, so as to prevent the reinforcing cage in the acoustic measuring pipe, such as sand, garbage, etc., from entering into the hole, and according to the design requirements to check the elevation, burying parts, etc. It should make a good record. After meeting the requirements, connect 8 main tendons to the upper end of the cage and extend them to the orifice, prevent the reinforcing cage from being lifted up when its weight falls or the concrete is injected into the pile, the concrete of the pile body is poured out.
