Common Faults and Solutions of Wire Mesh Welding Line Machine
Common fault treatment of wire mesh welding linemachine:
Screen black screen: first check whether there is power supply, power fuse, and whether the circuit between the screen and the main circuit board is connected.
Disordered display: restart electrical cabinet, or welding machine sensor contact bad.
Leakage welding of mesh: sensor damage; Control welding button damage; Short circuit of control line from controller to grid machine; Data input error; One or several leakage welding first check welding column head, connecting wire, brass square seat, and polish off the column head; Properly increase welding head pressure and welding current;
Weak welding: oil pollution, wire drawing powder, oxide layer, etc.
Poor contact of welding loop; Small power supply welding transformer; The induction position of the wire mesh machine is wrong; Short welding time; The pressure spring of welding spot is damaged;
Adjustment method of sensor for wire mesh welding line machine:
1. When the upper beam moves upward, drive the upper welding head upward. When the upper welding head leaves the mesh about 10mm, the upper edge of the upper beam starts to trigger the mesh sensor (that is, the upper edge of the upper beam and the lower edge of the mesh sensor circle are flush).
2. When the upper beam moves downward, drive the upper welding head downward, and when the upper beam reaches the lowest point (i.e. the maximum pressure) (the lower edge of the upper beam and the lower edge of the welding network sensor circle are flush)
3. The distance between the sensing head round surface of the two sensors and the upper beam plate is 1-2 mm.
4. Adjust the position of two sensors according to the above requirements, and the welding machine will start working.
In production, if the fault shut down, will not use the problem, should contact the manufacturer in time, so as not to cause greater parts. damage
