Components of A Rebar Bending Machine

Rebar bending machine is one of the steel processing machinery. The working mechanism is a horizontal working disk that rotates on the vertical axis, and we should place the steel bar in the position of the dotted line in the diagram, the supporting pin shaft should be fixed on the machine tool, the central pin shaft and the pin shaft should be mounted on the working disc. When the disc is rotated, the steel bar will bend. In order to bend steel bars of various diameters, the holes in the work plate for inserting and pressing the bending pin shaft can be replaced with the center pin shaft of different diameters accordingly.

Different types of rebar bending machines have different structures:

1. Worm and worm type rebar bending machine Structure: The worm and worm type rebar bending machine mainly consists of several body frames, motors, transmission system and working mechanism (working disk, insert seat, clamper, rotating shaft, etc.) and control system. There is a walking wheel under the frame, which is easy to move.

2. Gear type rebar bending machine Structure: The gear type rebar bending machine is mainly composed of frame, motor, gear reducer, working mechanism and electrical control system. It changes the transmission of the traditional worm wheel and increased the angle automatic control mechanism and a brake device.

3. Rebar hoop machine Structure: A rebar hoop machine is a special machine and suitable for bending stirrup. The bending angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, and its structure is similar to that of the bending machine.

4. Hydraulic rebar cutting and bending machine Structure: Hydraulic rebar cutting and bending machine mainly consist of the hydraulic transmission system, shutdown mechanism, stubborn mechanism, engine, body and so on.
