Basic Principle of Reinforcing Cage Forming Equipment and Cage Welder
The working structure of reinforcing cage forming equipment can be divided into three parts: control system, drive system, traction system, and a welding feed system. The main function of the control system is to control the beginning and end of the work of the reinforcing cage welder equipment and the supply of the electric motor force. The main function of the drive system is to synchronize the rotary movement of the fixed disc and the moving disk, so as to realize the winding action of the stirrups on the main reinforcement. The main function of the traction system is the linear reciprocating motion of the sprocket wheel on the chain track,
coordinate with the rotating movement of the moving disc to realize the formation of the actual distance between the hoop tendons wound on the main bars. The main function of the welding feed system is to realize the moving feed between the welding machine and the welding head to complete the corresponding welding action of the welding device.
The basic principle of the reinforcing cage welder machine is that the control system sets the distance between the stirrups around the main reinforcement and the length of the steel cage in advance. The main bars are installed between the fixed disc and the moving disc and fixed clamps, and the rotary between the moving disc and the fixed disc is synchronized, the stirrups are wound through the straightening wheel parts to the main bars, and then the control signal is transmitted by the system control device. At the intersection point between the stirrups and the main reinforcement, the moving welding device is used to track the moving solder joints at the intersection point, the compression wheel rolls over and compacts the stirrups to realise the required polygon, at the same time, complete the whole welding operation of the welding device with the welding torch, the traction sprocket belt rotating moving disc along with the main working tendon to do auxiliary linear motion, and finally complete the forming of the whole reinforcing cage.
